In February 2025, I made the decision to leave my position at a Fortune 100 company to pursue a long-held ambition.

After just 15 months of operation, my podcast, Driving Impact: the Top 5% Method, has achieved a ranking of #163 in Apple's business category.

In February 2025, I decided to take a significant risk:

I resigned from my role as Senior Sales Director at a Fortune 100 corporation (Linkedin, owned by Microsoft). I did not disclose that it was to focus on my podcast as I embarked on this journey without certainty of success.

I built the Driving Impact: The Top 5% Method - Life, career, Leadership & Mindset quietly.

Why did I pursue this path?

I felt a strong desire to embrace my creativity and to amplify important voices. I felt a calling that transcended my previous role. It was a decision to venture into the unknown.

I discovered invaluable insights from Top 5% individuals in their field committed to excellence.

I dedicated myself to illuminating paths for those in need.

I engaged with the top 5% of achievers in diverse fields.

This recognition: ranked in Apple's Top 200 podcasts in the Business category is an honor.

It is also a privilege to serve people who aspire to learn from the Top 5% achievers in their field.

For us, it's a question of access. Not everybody has access to this spread of experience

We are also among the Top 10% globally in Leadership & Career (Listen Note).

But there is always room to grow.

Ongoing improvement is what we believe in.

That's what we are aiming for: always improving. Always growing and providing better insights.

This is only the beginning of our journey.

A Rainbow Amidst Personal Challenges

The past 18 months on a personal note have not been without challenges. Those who are aware of the obstacles I have encountered will understand the weight of this accomplishment.

I have faced every challenge with perseverance, working tirelessly day and night.

I extend my gratitude to God, the Universe, my family, and our dedicated supporters. Special thanks to our guests who have entrusted us with their stories and helped bring our vision to life.
